Norwich Renegade is a 16,000 square foot, full service, fitness center with 5 affiliate clubs located in Waterford, Groton and Pawcatuck, CT and Cranston and East Greenwich, RI.  This location operates as a KeyCard Club for our members.  Guests may book their time during our staffed hours of 10am to 6pm Monday through Thursday and 9am to 1pm on Friday and Saturday.
