E Greenwich Renegade is a 15,000 square foot full service fitness center is sure to catch your eye. Our affiliate clubs are located in Groton, Norwich, Pawcatuck, and Waterford, CT and Cranston RI.  This location operates as a KeyCard Club for our members. Guests may book their time during our staffed hours of 10am to 6pm Monday through Thursday and 9am to 1pm on Friday and Saturday.

The Renegade express circuit features a full line of specialty equipment from HOIST for optimal muscle group isolation and core stability. Designed as a 30 minute, total body workout, it’s perfect for those who want to get in shape with a busy schedule.

East Greenwich Renegade is also home to a brand new functional training area fully stocked with the latest equipment for small group and individualized personal training.
